How to Join Us

The Xenia Township Fire Department accepts applications on a continuous basis for the position of Firefighter/EMS. This is a mostly volunteer fire department.

An application may be obtained from Xenia Township Fire Station #51 located at 8 Brush Row Road. Once the application has been completed, it must be notarized and returned to the Xenia Township Fire Department. (Our office has two notary publics if you would like to use their services.)

We perform driving and criminal background checks before we mail out reference letters. The average time for us to receive your references back is 3-4 weeks. You will be notified as soon as we are in a position to let you know about your progress.
