The Xenia Township Zoning Commission, Greene County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on April 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Xenia Township Office, 8 Brush Row Road, Xenia, Ohio, 45385. The Public Hearing is to consider the proposed Map Amendment to add a Thoroughfare Development Overlay District Section to the Zoning Resolution.  There will be multiple proposed Text Amendments to the Xenia Township Zoning Resolution: Definitions, Section 404: Schedule of Yard and lot Requirements, Section 407.4: Yard Requirements for B-2, Section 408.5: Yard Requirements for B-3, Section 409.5 and 410.5: Yard Requirements for Industrial District, Section 501: Yard Required for Corner and Through Lots, Section 502: Corner Lot Accessory Building, Section 503: Lots Adjoining Alleys, Section 504: Accessory Buildings, Section 509: Projection into Required Yards, and Section 512: Major Street Setback.

Interested persons may appear at this scheduled Hearing to express their opinion with respect to this requested Map Amendment and Text Amendment.

Xenia Township Trustees will be holding a Special Meeting on April 22, 2024 at 8:30 AM.  This meeting will be held at 8 Brush Row Road, Xenia, Oh 45385. 

This meeting will be an Executive Session meeting with the Greene County Assistant Prosecutor to discuss the Great Council State Park and access to this park. 

There will be no other Township business discussed.
